Validity of the sales contract, information on goods and prices
The prices of the products sold at the online shop have been indicated together with the products. A fee for delivering the goods will be added to the price. The delivery fee of goods depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery methods. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Placing the order and payment methodsTo order the goods, add the desired goods to the shopping cart. To proceed to checkout, fill in the required data fields and select the suitable method of delivery. Thereafter, the buyer is displayed the required payment amount, which can be paid according to the invoice sent on the buyer e-mail. The money should be transferred within 7 days of purchase. If it is not paid in the given amount of time, the order will be cancelled. Payments are accepted in euros.
The contract enters into force as of the receipt of the payable amount in the current account of the online shop.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed thereof as soon as possible and the paid amount will be returned (incl. delivery costs) immediately, however no later than within 7 days as of the date of sending the message.

This webstore is selling sustainable goods, made mainly by upcycling used fabrics and garments. The materials may have signs of wear and minor defects that do not hinder their function. If the goods purchased are damaged in a way that hinders their function, the store will fix or replace the product. If it is not possible to fix/replace the product, it will be replaced for the price payed for the product. The webstore will answer clients complaint in writing in 14 days.
The client has the right to return the bought item for a full refund during 14 calendar days. Returned goods must be in the same condition as shipped. To return the purchase, contact email@example.com.
To receive the refund, client must return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days.
The goods can be returned either by handing them over directly to Võlukunst's representative in Tartu or by shipping via SmartPost, DPD or Omniva parcel services. The client will pay for returning fees. The fees shall be payed by the store only if the goods sent to the client differ from what they ordered.
In case of returning the goods, the store shall transfer the refund as soon as possible after receiving the goods, but not later than 7 calendar days. The money shall be refunded on the same bank account from where the goods were initially paid for.
